The Caton Woods assisted living building at the Charlestown Retirement Community was the first phase of a complete repositioning of the assisted and skilled levels of care. This 121,500 SF, 96-unit standalone building built on an occupied campus with 2,100 residents. There is a new pedestrian bridge that attaches to the adjacent building to allow complete connectivity with the remaining community. Other amenity spaces include:
- Dining rooms and living rooms
- Physical therapy suite
- Administrative offices
- Conference rooms
- Game rooms
Outdoor spaces include a landscaped courtyard with walking paths, screened porches on each floor, a patio with a pergola, a rooftop terrace on the first floor and planter boxes.
