The Caton Woods assisted living building at the Charlestown Retirement Community was the first phase of a complete repositioning of the assisted and skilled levels of care. This 121,500 SF, 96-unit standalone facility was built on an occupied campus with 2,100 residents. The facility includes an all new commercial kitchen that can serve two neighborhoods, and every resident floor has a satellite kitchen, dining area, activity area, bistro and a large living room.
