- Spin bikes and plyometric equipment
- Team lounge
- Locker rooms
- Indoor rowing tank
- Convertible training room into an open-air event space
- Team classroom
- Main lobby

Additionally, the Truslow Boathouse, a wood, bow-string truss warehouse building, was renovated to provide shop space and storage for shells, sails and other equipment. Several existing sheds were also relocated. The project also includes landscaping, paving, site lighting and boat turn around space.
Focusing on environmental sustainability, water is one of the most important elements of this site because of the college’s focus on the Chester River as an area of study. The Hodson Boathouse is heated and cooled by an energy-efficient geothermal well system, has 100% LED lighting and a deck constructed of recycled plastic.
