The Creekside project is a 321,000 SF, 105-unit independent living building. The facility offers extensive amenity spaces, including a fitness center with a yoga studio, fine arts workshop, bistro restaurant, classrooms, a sub-dividable multipurpose room, as well as underground parking and support spaces.
The project also includes a 162,000 SF health services building, consisting of:
- 32 assisted living memory care units
- 17 long-term skilled nursing units
- 17 short-term rehabilitation units
- 21 traditional assisted living units
Each level of care includes ample activity, dining and back-of-house support spaces. The health services building also offers a clinic, rehabilitation and therapy suites, healthcare and community administration, and structured parking for visitors and staff.
Two partially buried corridors connect the new buildings back to the existing community, allowing residents to travel to all parts of the campus in conditioned space. Extensive sitework and over 20,000 plants at the heart of the community created a large outdoor gathering space.
This project is pursuing LEED certification.
