Customized Options
Whiting-Turner has created a program for senior living residents to select items such as finishes, paint and light fixtures to customize their homes. For the Messiah Lifeways apartments, residents could select between flooring configurations, paint schemes, fireplace surround choices, cabinet color/style/wood choices, countertop and backsplash choices, fixture selections and different appliance choices.
