Located in rural Baltimore County, the Under Armour Performance Center recently underwent a multi-phase expansion and renovation to accommodate the significant growth of the Baltimore Ravens organization. Whiting-Turner partnered with Gaudreau, Inc. to perform improvements to the headquarters and training facility, which involved 45,000 SF of new construction and 35,000 SF of renovations. The project also included extensive audiovisual upgrades throughout the facility, including a 30-foot by 11-foot 2.0mm LED board in the auditorium and two 1.5mm LED boards in the offensive/defensive classrooms.

This project achieved LEED® Gold certification. Sustainable elements include on-site renewable energy that offsets 15% of the project’s energy usage, designated low-emitting and fuel-efficient vehicle parking, a high-performance green cleaning program and the adoption of an indoor integrated pest management program.
