THIS PROJECT
Phase II of the Grand Expansion constructed a 196,000 SF, eight-story independent living residence at Roland Park Place. The addition included:
- 58 independent living units with private balconies
- Enhanced courtyard space
- Outdoor terrace with vegetative plantings
- Art studio
- Marketing space
- Club room for gatherings and private parties
- 145-space, four-level parking garage with 58 below-grade spaces
The building consists of three levels of concrete frame and five levels of fire retardant treated (FRT) wood frame.
