Saint Paul VI Catholic High School

About

THIS PROJECT

Saint Paul VI Catholic High School is a 240,000 SF building on a 68-acre site. The project consists of the new construction of an academic building and athletic building with space for 1,200 students and 120 faculty and staff. The academic building has over 60 classrooms, eight science labs, a chapel, teacher lounges, collaboration areas, individual and group study areas, a cafeteria with indoor and outdoor seating, a library and offices. A 700-seat theater with balcony seating, enhanced acoustics and sound, a scene shop, an orchestra pit and a costume space were built in the academic building. The athletic building includes two gymnasiums, a wrestling room, training facility and health classrooms.

Site development involved clearing and grading, wet ponds, site utilities and parking lots. The outdoor facilities include multiple sports fields with natural and synthetic turf, tennis courts, and a football stadium combined with an eight-lane track with a multi-purpose grass field.
