TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Graduates can elect to be either a field engineer on a path to superintendent or a project engineer on a path to project manager. We cross-train both in all management disciplines and methods and offer the opportunity to cross over to the other path once they have been exposed and have a better feel for the fit.
