Quality is delivering the customer what we have promised and what they have paid for – no less! Taking pride in quality involves understanding how the collective team has defined “right,” then delivering the same.

Every Whiting-Turner employee is responsible for delivering quality projects consistent with the Contract Documents. All work must be in conformance with these documents, which must reflect what we have agreed to provide. We shall diligently review and verify that these documents reflect the collective team’s common understanding of project expectations including terms of acceptance for the project as well as each Definable Feature of Work.

Everyone at Whiting-Turner leads and supports efforts to train our people to succeed in quality relative to their roles. They will also develop and enhance corporate quality tools and resources, and share knowledge, experience and lessons learned.
