THIS PROJECT
Serving as a hub for encouraging cultural art experiences, this 20,800 SF performing arts center with a 2,500 SF stage plays a role in the local community. Connected to the education center is the Baxter and Elaine Parkinson Jr. Art Gallery which features several art pieces on display. In addition to the 150-space parking lot, the building features:
- Office spaces
- Electrical and mechanical areas
- Dressing rooms
- Green room
- Loading storage
- Orchestra pit
