CoStar Richmond Campus

CoStar Group is adding two buildings to its research and technology campus in Richmond, Virginia. The construction of the north building will provide 21 stories of office space, while the south building will include amenities such as an auditorium, fitness center, food hall and retail space. Connecting the campus will be CoStar Green, a 1.2-acre urban greenspace made up of an outdoor amphitheater, water features, covered work structures and outdoor gathering spaces. The 750,000 SF project will reach substantial completion in Spring 2026 and is seeking LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certifications.
