This new, 850,000 SF manufacturing facility located on 258 acres in Lubbock, Texas will produce cheese and other dairy products. Sustainability features that will help decrease the facility’s carbon and water footprint include:

- Smart controllers on refrigeration systems to reduce electrical load.
- Water capture and reuse through the facility.
- Capturing heat from equipment and using it elsewhere to reduce fuel consumption.
