Maravilla Senior Living Phase III

This is the final phase of a luxury senior living resort community in Scottsdale, Arizona. It will feature a 281,000 SF, four-story lodge with 115 independent living units. Included in the project will be three casitas designed as multiple dwelling units, which will vary in size with single or double car garages. These casitas will add 134,000 SF and 47 independent living units to the campus. The buildings will be constructed of wood framing and consists of stucco façade and clay tile roofing.
