This senior living project, located just 1.5 miles from the ocean in Manhattan Beach, California, will be an assisted living and memory care facility. The 80,000 SF, three-story facility will have 95 residential units ranging from studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. An underground parking structure with 61 parking spaces will be included in addition to the facility’s following amenities:
