The Mather project is a world-class Life Plan Community in Tysons, Virginia. This extraordinary residence is for today’s older adults and provides a continuum of living choices to address potential future health needs. The almost 800,000 SF project consists of a six-story podium that is the base for two towers: the 27-story Tower I (North Building) and the 19-story Tower II (South Building). The towers include 293 independent living residences. The base levels include retail space and a community center, as well as common areas for The Mather and its Life Centre which has 16 assisted living residences, 20 memory support residences and 42 skilled nursing residences.
