Whiting-Turner has performed multiple projects at the Costco depot in Monroe, New Jersey, including:

238,000 SF addition to a distribution warehouse with upgrades for a packaging facility
Structural work for six new loading dock doors, dock locks, levelers, etc.
Installation of a new 5000A electric service to the existing facility
3,300 SF fleet office addition
50,000 SF addition to the cold distribution depot, including an elevated slab-on-grade, tilt-up wall panels and modification of the stormwater management area
Addition of battery chargers to the cold storage warehouse
Relocation of a 180-stall parking area
