Block 11 achieved LEED® Silver certification and won the MD Award of Merit, Best Mixed-Use Project by NAIOP DC (Commercial Real Estate Development Association).
Block 12 of Pike and Rose is a mixed-use development, including an apartment building, retail space and a parking garage. The PerSei at Pike and Rose is a 175,000 SF, six-story residential building with 174 units. The facility offers one- and two-bedroom apartments with many amenities, including an outdoor pool, a fitness center and clubhouse, fireplace terrace, community lounge and guest suite rentals. The development also includes a two-story, 72,000 SF parking garage with 163 spaces, as well as more than 12,000 SF of retail and restaurant space.
