The S. Donald Sussman EmpathiCare Village Parking Garage is a three-story, 129,000 SF, 302-space, precast parking garage located on the 20-acre Miami Jewish Health campus. The parking garage includes stone facade, a rooftop aluminum trellis with structural steel columns, as well as campus and neighborhood sitework with utility upgrades. The parking garage was the first phase of the S. Donald Sussman EmpathiCare Village.
