Located in Aurora, Colorado on a 26-acre site, this design-build facility is a distribution warehouse for the largest wine and spirits distributor in the United States. The building has a 320,000 SF footprint, which includes 42,000 SF of finished office space, 291,000 SF of warehouse space and a 55,000 SF suspended mezzanine for the material handling conveying system. The building is equipped with 100% back-up power and a multi-level, in-rack fire suppression system that meets FM Global requirements for high-piled, combustible storage.
