A multi-purpose events center and pre-function area is featured with a permanent stage accommodating up to 2,500 seats in the performance configuration. Back-of-house support for the facility includes banquet and preparation kitchens, employee dining room, executive and support offices, loading dock and warehouse space, and a modular central plant. During construction, a 70,000 SF temporary casino was established on site in a rental tent structure for customers to play table games and slot machines while the permanent facility was being built.
