This 400,000 SF industrial processing food facility is part of Costco’s nationwide supply chain for chicken. Costco’s poultry plant will process more than two million chickens per week and is one of the first plants in the United States to use an air-chilled cooling process in the building. The facility includes:

  • Precast structure
  • Insulated metal panels
  • Controlled access stunning
  • Refrigeration systems
  • Eight air handling units
  • 10 utility transformers
  • 11 electrical rooms
  • 52 rooftop units
  • 97 exhaust fans
  • Two miles of stainless-steel trench drains
  • Two prefabricated guard houses
