THIS PROJECT
This project includes the construction of an 8,200 SF medical office building including:
- Clinic with six exam rooms, a procedure room and negative pressure room
- Pharmacy
- Lab with a blood draw station
- Imaging room
The pharmacy has the capacity for five pharmacists with four point of sale windows. Features of this building include solar panels, low-flow plumbing fixtures and self-tinting insulated glass units (ICG) at the window openings.
There is a walking trail on the property, as well as an outdoor patio area and a 50-car parking lot. This project achieved LEED® Gold certification.
