THIS PROJECT
This project was a wood-framed, 104-suite Residence Inn hotel in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Each studio or suite includes a kitchenette, living room space with a large desk and sofa bed, and a bedroom consisting of either one king bed or two queen beds. Other hotel amenities include:
- An outdoor pool with a firepit and BBQ area
- Bar area with higher-end finishes
- Breakfast area with service kitchen
- Laundry
- Meeting rooms
- Steel-framed lobby with a dining area and fireplace
- Small convenience market
