THIS PROJECT
Brick Mill Early Childhood Center is a 40,000 SF educational facility for students in pre-kindergarten and kindergarten. The single-story building has 20 classrooms with adjacent breakout areas and includes:
- Two Spanish immersion classrooms
- Sensory therapy room
- Adaptive physical education room
- Health suite
- Library
- Art room
- Multipurpose space with kitchen
- Outdoor playground
The exterior finishes were brick and ground face finish concrete block, metal siding and flat-lock metal panels, aluminum windows and a storefront. Interior finishes include tile, carpet and level five finishing on the drywall.
