Amenities include a clubroom for entertaining and social events, a tech lounge with multiple computer stations, a fitness center/yoga room and a kitchen with grilling stations. Outdoor spaces include a saltwater swimming pool with a mixture of private cabanas, outdoor living spaces, fireplaces and outdoor media. The area also includes a dog park with a custom irrigation system so residents do not have to go to the street level to walk their pets. The building connects with the light rail system on the third floor with a transit plaza.
The development also includes Home2 Suites by Hilton, a 10-story, 180-room, all-suite extended-stay hotel. The hotel features an innovative guestroom design, providing separate living and bedroom areas that feature the proprietary Home2 Suites Working Wall, which incorporates a kitchen and flexible working/media area. Additional hotel amenities include a pool, patios with grills, outdoor seating areas with fire pits, 24-hour business center, integrated guest laundry and exercise space, and meeting/conference space. Communal areas feature a 4,200 SF open lobby called the Oasis, which is designed to create an environment where guests can socialize, including communal and individual work zones, a business area and a table breakfast area.
