The Cubic Headquarters Campus is comprised of two 125,000 SF, three-story office buildings. The project modernized Cubic’s office, research and development space and joined its workforce within one main campus. The project included the demolition of a building on the campus, in addition to the construction of the new facilities. Features located on the new campus include:

Additionally, the renovation included landscaping along the 12.5-acre site. This consisted of detention basins, a parking lot and a field of solar panels. This project achieved LEED® Silver certification.
