This project consisted of the partial demolition and interior renovation of a five-story, 90,000 SF office building to serve as Frontier Airlines’ corporate headquarters. The project included the development of operating areas, café updates and tenant improvements. In addition, modifications were made to an exterior loading dock. The building required an early turnover of the secure operations center, while construction was still ongoing. This required detailed coordination with the City and County of Denver to maintain proper egress for building staff, while still completing this fast-track project.
