One Paseo is a mixed-use campus with office, retail and residential space. The project includes two Class A core and shell office buildings, totaling 286,000 SF. The four-story and six-story buildings both have a single-level, below-grade basement. Each building has a steel frame structure with slab-on-grade decks, supported by spread footings and grade-beam foundations. A curtainwall system with glazing and metal panels comprises the skin of the building.

This project also included a seven-level, above-grade, open-air parking structure. Sitework consisted of site lighting, landscape and hardscape improvements, as well as the Phase II retail plaza landscape, hardscape and site lighting. Whiting-Turner completed 23 acres of sitework for the development of this project before construction began.

The project site was adjacent to an operational retail center. The team worked directly with the owner to coordinate construction activities and minimize any disruption towards the occupied areas. This project received LEED® Gold certification.
