Tower Two at Bloc[83] is a 270,000 SF, 10-story office building with a 665-space parking deck located in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. The building’s amenities include:
- 50,000 SF of retail and dining space
- Fitness center
- Interactive sports room
- Indoor lounge
- Outdoor terrace
- Conference space
- Two-story lobby
- 17,000 SF courtyard
- Outdoor projection screen and band stage
Floor-to-ceiling windows allow for natural light, while the HVAC system uses bipolar ionization technology to improve the indoor air quality and eliminate dust, odors, bacteria, viruses and germs.
