THIS PROJECT

This 330,000 SF building serves as a nutraceutical manufacturing, packaging and distribution facility. Products manufactured at this facility go through meticulous testing and verification programs. The space includes:

Laboratories
High-bay warehouse spaces for bulk powder and oil storage
Manufacturing areas including gel melters, encapsulation and drying for softgel capsules, blending, tablet presses, coating and packaging

Wash-down areas
High-speed packaging lines
Offices
Support spaces

The facility also includes “The Vitamin Experience,” which consists of a 50-seat auditorium used for training. TV screens were installed along a tour path to educate potential clients about Pharmavite’s product. This project achieved LEED Certified certification.
