THIS PROJECT

The 455 Eye Street Apartments combine historic warehouse and rowhouse buildings with a new sleek apartment tower. This project includes 165,000 SF of residential, 2,300 SF of retail and 40,000 SF of parking space. The homes consist of 174 boutique style one- and two-bedroom apartments and 16 two-story, industrial-style lofts that leverage the preserved aspects of the historic buildings. All apartments are situated around a contemporary courtyard, surrounded by original exposed brick. Residents have access to numerous amenities, including:

  • Courtyard with fire pit and lounge
  • Conference room with monitors
  • Study with built-in banquettes
  • Multi-level underground garage
  • Electric car charging stations
