The project required extensive coordination for new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems due to its complexity and contract requirements. VDC technologies were essential in managing the above ceiling and underground systems at the new site. Each morning at 6:30 AM, foremen held a huddle to discuss various aspects like safety, deliveries, manpower, critical activities, and current issues. They also used TouchPlan®, an online scheduling tool, to coordinate upcoming tasks with trade partners. Both buildings are LEED Gold® and have received Fitwel Certification.
