This project is a 6,600 SF single-story retail building with an eight-level car vending machine. Situated on two-acres of industrial land, the steel and glass structure incorporates robotic machinery for innovative vehicle storage and transportation. A 12,500 pound shuttle system acts as a car elevator, moving vehicles from the storage area to the customer at ground level. It is constructed of multiple chain reels, four motors and 1,800 pound counterweights at each corner of the tower.  

Safety features for the building incorporate both wet and dry fire sprinkler systems and an automatic car dispensing feature in the event of a fire. Additionally, a vehicle loading area with a trench drain and a sand and oil separator used for car washing and detailing was included. Careful coordination was required to ensure that minimal MEP, piping and conduit risers were seen from the exterior.
