This project includes the construction of a 36,500 SF community building on the Ashby Ponds campus. The Blue Ridge Clubhouse is the community’s third clubhouse and features the following amenities:
- Indoor fitness and aquatics center
- Locker rooms
- Bistro with two-story atrium
- Salon and day spa
- Rooftop terrace
- Wine bar
- Pickleball court
- Reading library
- Commercial kitchen
- Marketing suite
The Blue Ridge Clubhouse was completed on an active senior living campus, and was attached to an occupied residential building.
