THIS PROJECT
The PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Building project involved the construction of a new facility along with the renovation of an auditorium. PACE aims to prevent unnecessary nursing home admissions by providing community-based healthcare needs throughout Palm Beach County. The two-story, 27,000 SF PACE building includes:
- Activity spaces
- Physical therapy rooms
- Clinical rooms
- Administrative offices
- 10-bed, end-of-life care unit
The auditorium’s interior, formerly a multi-purpose space, was renovated with upgraded audio and visual equipment.
