Sunrise of McLean Village is a three-story, 125,000 SF building with an underground parking garage. The 100-unit facility has six different floor plans including assisted living units and memory care units for residents.  Featured amenities include:

The facility also has outdoor amenities such as five covered porches, an expansive outdoor terrace, two rooftop terraces and a public-private heritage garden. Installation of the MEP and fire suppression systems, as well as furnishing the commercial kitchen and laundry room equipment were included in the project.
