The Grande at South Portland is a 116,000 SF, 123-unit assisted living facility with mild dementia and memory care support to residents and their families. The facility consists of a single-story, 40-unit, wood-frame memory care/mild dementia wing named “The Sound,” as well as a three-story, non-combustible, 83-unit, full memory care wing named “The Cove,” for individuals who require more attention.
