The Toby & Leon Cooperman Sinai Residences Boca Raton expansion project consisted of 4.5 acres of site development, construction of a four-story, 252,000 SF senior living residence with 111 units and phased renovations throughout the campus.

Renovations were completed in the dining spaces, spa and fitness center, as well as the physical and occupational therapy suite. All renovations were completed in occupied residences on an active senior living campus. Sitework improvements upgraded employee parking and the campus’ hardscape and landscape.
