This project was an approximately 1,000,000 SF distribution center built to supporting Dollar General retail stores across Texas and into Louisiana. The project consisted of multiple buildings located on a single 110-acre parcel of land, including:

The warehouse included 900,000 SF of industrial building slab, which required a detailed pour sequence to allow for expansion/contraction of the slab. Coordinating this sequence with all other trades and the owner’s racking contractor was critical to the quality of the pours.

Sitework included fine grading, concrete paving, truck scale, landscaping with chain link fence and continuation of site utilities 10 feet from the exterior of the building to the interior.
