THIS PROJECT
This warehouse, located in Knoxville, Tennessee, is a 610,000 SF conditioned medical supply distribution center on a 60-acre site. The distribution center is Fresenius Medical Care’s largest on the east coast and includes:
- An insulated metal wall panel façade with TPO roofing
- Very flat extended joint industrial concrete slabs
- 13,000 SF of office space for support, shipping, receiving and manufacturing functions
- 71 conventional dock positions
- 29 gas-fired packaged rooftop units
- Full facility diesel back-up generators
