THIS PROJECT
This roll-on roll-off vehicle distribution center contains a 75,000 SF warehouse for the customization of imported vehicles. The facility is a single-story, pre-engineered metal building with a standing seam roof, grade beams, slab-on-grade and high-speed roll-up doors. The facility includes:
- 7,500 SF of office space
- 3,500 SF car wash
- A fuel island
- Ancillary truckers office
- A security building
- 4,000 parking stalls
The project also contained 35-acres of sitework for parking with truck loading and unloading space.
