Improvements to the 80,000 SF Graduate Columbus hotel included renovations to the entire building’s interior and façade; a 7,500 SF, two-story addition on the first and second levels; and a 6,000 SF addition to the rooftop for a bar and event deck. The newly updated facility features 171 guestrooms, a restaurant and kitchen, patio and terrace, banquet room, meeting rooms and a fitness center.
