Goucher College Pagliaro Selz Hall Building A

About

THIS PROJECT

Building A of Pagliaro Selz Hall is the first of three total freshman dorm buildings also known as Freshman Village on Goucher’s campus. The four-story, 58,500 SF building houses 199 students and includes:

  • 98 dorm rooms
  • Public spaces/lounges
  • Laundry facilities
  • Mechanical room
  • Study rooms
  • Common area kitchen

The exterior finishes from the ground floor to the second floor consist of Butler Stone from a local quarry. The balance of the building’s exterior was completed with a stucco finish. Sitework included connection into the campus central utility plant, and water, sewer, and power connections were made to the existing campus loop.
