The new headquarters campus for Alterman Inc., located in Live Oak, Texas, features an office building and a logistics building. The office building is made up of a three-story curtain wall with large, storefront windows. The logistics facility features exterior concrete panels with a pre-engineered metal building structure and translucent window panels to provide natural lighting. An outdoor pavilion in the center of campus will serve as event space and collaboration area. Sitework included configuring parking lots and truck access to the buildings.

The project team integrated prefabrication single trade racks along with exterior and interior wall panels.  Off-Site Construction benefited the overall project and resonated with the client, as there was a prefabrication facility on the campus.
