The Parkland Parking Garage is a 740,000 SF, eight-story, cast-in-place garage for 1,700 vehicles on the Parkland Hospital campus. The ground floor features 10,000 SF of retail space serviced by chilled water for tenant mechanical systems. The garage includes:

The architectural exterior includes exposed concrete, a custom aluminum grating system, a glazed curtainwall system, aluminum composite panels and architectural precast concrete panels. Whiting-Turner modeled the structure, MEP systems and telecommunication systems to verify all piping and conduit was concealed in the cast-in-place concrete.

This project achieved LEED® Gold certification.
