THIS PROJECT

The Fertitta Football Complex is a 73,000 SF, two-story facility that includes a 10,000 SF weight room accommodating up to 80 players and a locker room containing 112 lockers with their own ventilation. The facility features:

Coaching facilities and offices overlooking the practice fields
Equipment rooms
Dining facilities with a capacity of 120 people
Meeting rooms
A kitchen
Laundry facilities
A barber shop

The complex also has an academic center with more than 20 computers and a players’ lounge, with five big-screen televisions, various video-game systems and pool tables. A sports medicine room was built with 10 training tables and three different hydrotherapy tubs – hot, cold and rehabilitation. The rehabilitation hydrotherapy tub has a treadmill on the bottom of the tub’s floor.
