SYR1 redeveloped a 120-acre golf course into a 3.8 million SF robotic e-commerce fulfillment center. This project erected 30,000 tons of steel, including the superstructure, floor structure and mezzanines. 15 acres were constructed under the main roof, as well as an additional four acres of ground-level bump-outs, consisting of loading docks and a 40,000 SF office area.

Sitework involved the installation of storm, sanitary, water, data and electrical utilities, as well as off-site roadway improvements, 66 loading docks, 380 trailer parking spaces, an 1,800-car parking lot and two 270,000-gallon water storage tanks for fire protection service.
